Hot Forge Stainless Steel
Forging is a manufacturing technique with long history. Forged steel has higher density, and the tenacity and strength will also be higher. As a result, forged blades will have more lasting sharpness. When it is used for harder objects, it is more flexible and easy.
However, it presents a big challenge when it comes to stainless steel forging. It is very difficult to balance between the forging and the corrosion resistance.
After hot forging, the corrosion resistance will inevitably get reduced. With over 15 years of forging experience, we are able to increase the corrosion resistance of forging blades by adding 5 additional processes. This guarantees our forged products pass all kinds of corrosion tests with ease. Their performance already surpasses those made with stamping steels.
